Travelling west from Grafton 6km on Gwydir Highway (from Bent Street roundabout), turn right into Rogan Bridge Road, about 6km along turn right into Seelands Hall Road, and another 6km along veer right into Riverstone Road. Look for the B&B sign at No. 17.
